What is Set2Soar?
Set2Soar is a program designed to help college students develop corporate competencies, so they can interview effectively during campus hiring, as well as transition smoothly from college to corporate.
So, it’s a soft skills program. How is it different from multiple other programs in the market?

This is not a career guidance program. This program prepares students to interview with confidence. But it does not stop there. It makes them aware of the skills they will need to be successful in their jobs, teaches them the skills, and prepares them to land in a real job smoothly. How long is this program?
This is a 40-hour program. Our preference is to deliver it for 5-week days, eight hours a day. However, it can be delivered in multiple schedules based on the need of the students and the college.

What is the job guarantee for a candidate after completion of the program?
Set2Soar doesn’t offer any job guarantee because this program is not tied into a certain type of employer or employment. At the same time, participating in Set2Soar offers you an opportunity to prepare well for a job. This itself significantly increases your chance to stand out in an interview and land a job.
Do you provide certificate after this workshop?
Yes. Brainayan provides a certificate of completion at the end of the program.

I do not want to attend day 3 or 4. Can I do that? And how much would that cost me?
